## How it works

1. Sign in, open a template and add the photos it asks for.
2. Each photo is checked, then the video renders.
3. Download the MP4 or share it. If the template has audio, the browser can mix it in. Failed videos refund their credits automatically.

## Pricing

Pro 900, Ultimate 2,000 or Max 5,600 credits each month. A 15-second video starts at 450 credits. Subscription credits roll over for one month.
Prices exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout.
Failed videos are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase — email support@ahhh.ai. Refunding an unused credit pack also removes the subscriber bonus issued with that pack. Canceling a subscription does not remove subscriber bonus credits already issued; those credits last until they expire. A subscription's first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days if none of the credits from that payment have been used. Otherwise cancel renewal and do not refund. The same rule applies to a yearly plan. After a refund, if your account no longer has a completed purchase that has not been refunded, only gifted and bonus credits (signup, check-in, and bonuses) are clawed back. Purchased credits never expire.

## Policies

Sign in to generate a video.
Uploaded photos and finished videos remain in your account's generation history for 30 days from when the video is generated successfully, whether the video is generated through APIMart or Kie. After 30 days they are no longer available in your account. The history entry stays and is shown as expired. Download the finished video and save it on your computer or phone.
When a template has audio and you turn the soundtrack on, the browser mixes the template's own source clip into the finished video. The audio is not model-generated speech.
Photos of celebrities, public figures, and politicians are not supported.
By uploading, you confirm this is your photo or you have permission to use it.
To report a video or appeal a decision, email support@ahhh.ai and include the video file or its URL, or the template page URL.
